The cameras recorded the leopard walking along a fence line within a 177-acre deer enclosure in the park.
Revaz Bezhashvili, the head of Georgia's National Wildlife Agency, stated that leopards are "extremely cautious and avoid people," indicating that this sighting is a significant event. The leopard is reported to move on three legs, similar to one spotted in neighboring Armenia last year.
