The pride remained inside the reserve for several hours, but eventually left without establishing a permanent presence.
Sirga, who has been raised by Gruener since she was just 10 days old, is now safe and unharmed. However, the incident serves as a reminder of the delicate balance that must be maintained in wildlife conservation efforts, as the intrusion of the wild pride could have had serious consequences for the lioness and her caretakers.
