In Vadodara, approximately 80 individuals participated in an early morning Earth Day celebration, engaging in the yogic practice of 'Prithvi Namaskar' at a local sculpture park. This unique event took place during the serene Brahma Muhurta, commencing between 5 am and 6:20 am on Tuesday. Participants performed 50 rounds of the practice, emphasizing a deep connection with nature by being barefoot on the grass. The session blended movement, breath, and intention to honor the Earth. This initiative was organized by S N Foundation, led by founder Praveen Maripelly, with the core aim of promoting environmental consciousness and mindful living among attendees. A 10-day preparatory workshop ensured participants were trained in synchronizing breath, sound, and movement, incorporating fascia science for enhanced body awareness. The event drew participants physically present and also included those joining online from various locations across India and beyond.
