Looking ahead to Monday, December 29, the meteorological department has issued an orange alert due to expected very dense fog. Temperatures are anticipated to fluctuate between a low of 7 degrees Celsius and a high of 22 degrees Celsius, adding to the challenging winter conditions.
Earlier on Sunday, Delhi recorded a minimum temperature of 6.3 degrees Celsius, slightly below the seasonal average, while the maximum temperature reached 22.5 degrees Celsius, exceeding the seasonal norm. The humidity levels were exceptionally high, recorded at 100% in the late afternoon.
