Vehicular emissions were identified as the largest contributor to Delhi's pollution load, accounting for 17.5% on Wednesday, followed by industrial activities and construction.
The weather on Wednesday saw a maximum temperature of 22.7 degrees Celsius and a minimum of 10.2 degrees Celsius. Looking ahead to Christmas Day, the forecast is for a minimum temperature of 6 degrees Celsius and a maximum of 22 degrees Celsius, with clear skies after morning fog. Residents are advised to monitor AQI updates as conditions are anticipated to worsen.
