Elsewhere in Somerset, the Frome Town Council has announced that two shire horses, named Dime and Flynn, will be assisting in the preparation of the ground for a new community woodland project in the town. The council is hoping the horses' involvement will help create a unique and natural environment for the woodland.
Additionally, the Gloucester City Council has reported that excitement is building ahead of the Gloucester Lantern Parade, scheduled to take place on November 15th, 2025. The annual event is a much-anticipated celebration in the city.
