This early detection and warning system is designed to prevent human-wildlife conflict. Unlike traditional camera surveillance, the AI focuses on the reliable indicator of predator presence: the alarm calls of animals such as sambar deer, chital, langurs, and peacocks.

When a specific alarm call, like that of a sambar deer, is detected, the system automatically triggers alerts in nearby villages. This technology is particularly crucial for districts like Nagpur, which has three major forest belts and experiences frequent human-wildlife conflict incidents.
