This innovative shelter centers around an existing mature tree, providing natural shade for waiting passengers. Specially selected climbers are set to grow across the shelter's roof, promising further shade and improved air quality in the vicinity.
The bus shelter is built using sustainable and durable materials, featuring a dual-layer roof and ergonomic benches for comfort. Recycled construction and demolition waste has been incorporated into the anti-skid paver blocks and kerb stones, reflecting a commitment to circular economy practices.
Additionally, the facility is equipped with modern amenities, including energy-efficient LED lighting, an intelligent rainwater harvesting system, and improved signage for enhanced passenger convenience.
