Susan Davy, the CEO of Pennon, the parent company of SWW, stated that the fund is "another step forward" in ensuring that the region's environmental recovery is "shared by nature, by people, and by place."
The launch of this fund comes as part of SWW's ongoing efforts to support local communities and enhance the natural environment in the areas it serves.
