University Celebrates Chandrashekhar Azad's 119th Birth Anniversary

The 119th birth anniversary of freedom fighter Chandrashekhar Azad was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Chandrashekhar Azad University of Agriculture and Technology in Kanpur. On this occasion, a tribute was paid to the great revolutionary and martyr by garlanding his statue at the university's main building.
The celebration was attended by over 400 students, along with the vice-chancellor, Anand Kumar Singh, Dean of Student Welfare Manish Kumar, Dean of Agriculture C.L. Maurya, and Dean of Home Science Seema Sonkar. During his speech, the vice-chancellor provided insights into Azad's life and encouraged students to follow his example to progress in life. Manish Kumar, the Dean of Student Welfare, also informed the students about the martyr's life.
The Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture briefly described Chandrashekhar Azad's revolutionary works. Students took a pledge to pursue their education in a positive environment, inspired by the legacy of the freedom fighter.
