UK Board Class 12: Two students share top honors with 98%

The Uttarakhand Board of School Education (UBSE) announced the Class 10 and Class 12 examination results for 2026 on April 25, 2026. Two students, Geetika from Bageshwar and Sushila from Udham Singh Nagar, have jointly secured the first position in the Class 12 examinations, each scoring an outstanding 98 percent.
These joint toppers achieved 490 out of 500 marks, leading the state merit list and bringing pride to their respective institutions and districts. The examinations saw a significant turnout, with over 1.12 lakh students appearing for Class 10 and more than 1.02 lakh for Class 12.
In addition to the Class 12 results, UBSE also reported the Class 10 statistics, showing an overall pass percentage of 92.10 percent. Girls achieved a higher pass rate of 96.07 percent compared to boys at 88.03 percent, continuing a trend of female academic success.
