Summary
- New mobile app to record student and staff attendance is being introduced.
- Schools will boost enrollment and promote HPV vaccination for girls.
- Parent feedback forms will be used to improve educational policies.

Government schools across the district will hold a Mega Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) on March 28, from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm. The meeting will introduce a new mobile application designed to record student and staff attendance. Teachers have undergone training for this app, though its full effectiveness will be assessed post-implementation. Challenges are anticipated with regular usage.
The PTM also aims to increase enrollment for the upcoming academic year, encouraging parents to continue their children's education in government institutions. A key health initiative will involve creating awareness about the HPV vaccination drive for 14-year-old girls, with schools tasked to achieve full vaccination coverage by April.
Institutions under the 'Hunar Sikhya' program will host orientation sessions for Class 10 students' parents, promoting skill-based courses. Wider community participation will be sought by inviting panchayat members and school management committees. Schools will utilize posters and audio messages to maximize parent attendance and provide guidance on children's study involvement and curbing excessive screen time.
