The 5th edition of NITKonnect'26, organized by the NITK Surathkal Alumni Association, successfully convened over 1200 alumni who hold leadership positions in global companies and investment communities. Central to the summit's focus on innovation were discussions on AI and scaling for global markets, highlighted by an 'Inspiring Founders' Panel' that presented over 60 startups. A notable development was the signing of an MOU between NITK Surathkal, Bhive, and the Alumni Association to offer complimentary co-working spaces to aspiring student entrepreneurs from the institute.
NITK Surathkal's Vision 2035 was unveiled, underscoring the alumni network's commitment to future development. The event also celebrated alumni achievements through the NITK Awards, recognizing excellence and innovation. With over 350 founders and 200 C-level executives in attendance, the summit demonstrated the extensive reach and entrepreneurial prowess of NITK's global alumni network.
