Muthoot Finance, a leading financial services company, has opened applications for its Muthoot M George Higher Education Scholarship 2025-26. The scholarship program aims to support students pursuing higher education, with a focus on B.Tech, MBBS, and B.Sc Nursing programs.
The scholarship will award 210 students during the 2025 academic year. MBBS students will be eligible for a scholarship of Rs. 2.4 lakhs, while B.Tech and B.Sc Nursing students will receive Rs. 1.2 lakhs. The scholarship is open to students from Kerala and major Indian cities, including Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, and Kolkata.
To be eligible, students must have scored over 90% in their Class 12 examinations and have an annual family income not exceeding Rs. 2 lakhs. Applicants will need to submit a written request, a recommendation letter from a local VIP, their Plus 2 marksheet, a passport-size photo, an income certificate, proof of college admission, and admission allotment.
Since its inception, the Muthoot M George Scholarship initiative has already benefited 394 students with a total disbursement of Rs. 3.94 crore. The last date to apply for the 2025-26 academic year is November 30, 2025.
