Manav Mandir High School Hosts Vibrant Annual Sports Meet

Manav Mandir High School in Mumbai recently concluded its annual sports meet, a day filled with enthusiasm and athletic spirit. The event, spanning morning and afternoon sessions, saw enthusiastic participation from students across all age groups.

Proceedings commenced with a welcome song and captivating cultural performances, setting a vibrant tone. The formal opening was marked by the lighting of the sports torch by four house captains, symbolizing sportsmanship and unity. The sports captain and student council spearheaded activities that included impressive displays of mass drill, aerobics, and gymnastics.

A notable feature was the grand march past, with students from pre-school to senior classes demonstrating remarkable coordination and discipline. Younger students presented a special thematic performance on traffic rules, reinforcing important civic lessons. All participants collectively took an oath to uphold the principles of fair play throughout the competition.

In the competitive segments, Blue House claimed the top spot during the morning session, showcasing exceptional performance. The afternoon session saw Red House emerge as the overall winner. The meet officially concluded with the ceremonial handover of the school flag to the sports captain, followed by the singing of the State Song and the National Anthem.
