A new educational initiative, the Professional Nursing Diploma Program, has been launched through a partnership between HCA Florida Ocala Hospital, HCA Florida West Marion Hospital, and Marion Technical College. This program is specifically designed to help licensed practical nurses (LPNs) transition into registered nurse (RN) roles.
Students in this approximately one-year program will gain essential clinical experience through rotations at various healthcare facilities.
