LIC AAO Prelims Exam Results Delayed, Candidates Await Fate

As of October 29, 2025, the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) has not yet released the results for the Assistant Administrative Officers (AAO) Preliminary Examination 2025. The prelims exam was conducted on October 3, 2025, with the test held in four sessions. The exam consisted of an objective test in online mode, covering three sections: reasoning ability, quantitative aptitude, and English language.

The main exam for the LIC AAO recruitment drive is scheduled to take place on November 8, 2025. Only those candidates who qualify the preliminary examination will be eligible to appear for the main exam. The marks obtained in the prelims will not be added to the final merit list, as the selection will be based solely on the performance in the main exam and the subsequent interview.

This recruitment drive aims to fill up 350 AAO posts within the organization. Candidates will not face any negative marking, but they will need to qualify each section of the prelims exam separately. The final merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the main exam and the interview.
