Disciplinary measures are underway by the Education Department concerning the Lower Division Clerk (LDC) recruitment examination held on July 5. Allegations of cheating and an attempted paper leak led to the arrest of teacher Padam Singh, the primary suspect.
Following Singh's arrest, the Joint Director of Education in Jodhpur suspended him. Two invigilators, Bhim Singh and Jalam Singh, have also been suspended due to their alleged involvement. The police investigation also led to the arrest of candidate Manu Kanwar.
Action against the school principal, Ummed Singh, is pending as he, along with two others, remains at large. The Education Department's rules require the Director of Secondary Education in Bikaner to suspend a principal, delaying immediate action. The police investigation is actively pursuing the remaining accused.
