The day's events will include mass, a moment of silence, a celebration of life, and presentations. The community has implemented a long-term wellness strategy using the motto "Dene Strong" and has renovated the school, including adding a wellness room. Future plans include developing a monument or commemorative park, with input from the victims' families.
