Wings also offers programs like 'Beyond Basketball' and a Design Program, introducing youth to creative industries and professional environments. The Intern Program provides valuable workplace experience, with 36 students placed globally across NIKE, Inc. in 2025.
Expanding its international footprint, the 10th anniversary saw new partnerships in London with the Hoopsfix Foundation and in Paris with the Union de la Jeunesse Internationale. These collaborations aim to broaden access to education and mentorship for underserved youth.
Looking ahead, Wings plans to expand into more cities, introduce new activities, and strengthen partnerships, setting a goal to empower over 10,000 students by 2035. A special Air Jordan 5 was released to commemorate the program's decade of impact.
