Jamia Millia Islamia recently marked the International Day of Persons with Disabilities with a significant celebration at the M.A. Ansari Auditorium. Organized by the Dr. Zakir Husain Memorial Welfare Society and its partners, the event championed accessibility, empowerment, and equal opportunities, drawing a diverse audience of professionals and advocates.
The chief guest, Prof. Md. Mahtab Alam Rizvi, stressed the moral and social imperative for an inclusive society, underscoring the crucial role of parental support and collective societal effort.
