Chaudhary Ranbir Singh University (CRSU) in Jind has announced a significant cultural initiative, a three-day state-level festival scheduled from November 28 to November 30. This event is dedicated to showcasing Haryana's authentic culture and traditions, deliberately excluding any artistes whose music glorifies gun culture or criminals. The university aims to instill positive values in future generations.
The festival will feature 25 distinct events designed to highlight Haryanvi heritage, with participation expected from numerous universities across the state. Attendees can look forward to a diverse range of activities, including folk songs, dance performances, poetry recitations, essay writing, speech competitions, and art exhibitions.
Esteemed guests, including vice-chancellors from eight universities, members of the Haryana cabinet, MPs, and MLAs, are slated to attend. Renowned Haryanvi artistes will also be present, offering students valuable interaction opportunities. Preparations for the event's smooth execution are currently underway.
