Goa Board Probes Exam Supervisor Over Malpractice

The Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has initiated an inquiry after a student reported malpractice during the ongoing Class XII board examinations. The complaint specifically named a deputy conductor and the exam hall supervisor.
Board chairman Bhagirath Shetye confirmed that the two individuals have been removed from their exam duties while the investigation proceeds. A committee formed to address such issues will thoroughly examine the allegations.
The incident occurred at a school in Mapusa during the Class XII mathematics exam. The student complainant stated that the deputy conductor, who is also a mathematics teacher, entered the hall and provided assistance to students, compromising the exam's integrity.
