The deadline for candidates to rectify deficiencies in their Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) October 2026 application forms has been extended by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS). Applicants now have until 2 PM on October 23, 2026, to submit any missing documents and update required images in their forms. NBEMS has stressed that this is the final opportunity, and those who fail to complete these corrections by the deadline will be declared ineligible and will not receive their admit cards.
Candidates are instructed to use distinct online portals for document and image rectifications, both accessible through the NBEMS applicant login. The FMGE October 2026 examination is scheduled for October 31, with admit cards expected to be available from October 27. A city intimation slip has already been released to help candidates plan their travel arrangements for the examination city.
