The Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET) at Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV) is actively pursuing a 100% placement rate for its students. Building on last year's 90% success, the institute has introduced two new initiatives: 'Career Disha' and 'Career Siddhi'. These programs are designed to provide comprehensive support to around 1,800 BTech students.
'Career Disha' focuses on personalized mentoring and industry exposure, connecting students with alumni and professionals. Meanwhile, 'Career Siddhi' offers structured weekend training sessions covering crucial placement skills like aptitude tests, interviews, and resume building.
IET Director Pratosh Bansal emphasized the importance of continuous guidance and practical exposure to make students industry-ready. The institute aims to ensure every student receives the necessary preparation to capitalize on recruitment opportunities.
