Colchester Nursery Celebrates 20 Years of Nurturing Young Minds

In July 2025, Lexden Lodge Kindergarten in Colchester marked a significant milestone, celebrating its 20th anniversary with a joyous party. The nursery, which first opened its doors in 2005, has spent the past two decades providing care and education to countless children and their families in the local community.

Over the years, the dedicated team at Lexden Lodge, led by Mahila and Masoud, have worked tirelessly to create a nurturing environment where young minds can thrive. The nursery expressed that they have "enjoyed joy and lasting friendships" with all the children and families who have been a part of their journey, and it has been an "honor and privilege" to care for and educate the children in their care.

While it is always "hard to say goodbye" when the children move on to the next chapter of their lives, the Lexden Lodge team takes great pride in the positive impact they have had on the lives of the children they have served. To celebrate this remarkable milestone, the nursery hosted a special party attended by local dignitaries, including the deputy mayor and deputy mayoress, as well as former mayors and councilors. The event was a resounding success, with the nursery expressing their gratitude to everyone who has supported them over the past 20 years.
