The inaugural phase of the felicitation will encompass students hailing from 30 assembly constituencies. These constituencies are situated across five districts: Ariyalur, Cuddalore, Kallakurichi, Tiruvannamalai, and Villuppuram.
The event commences at 11 am with the admission of students and their parents. The main ceremony is slated for 2 pm, where Chief Minister Vijay will personally present certificates and financial incentives to the top-scoring students, with their parents in attendance.
