The actual CAT 2026 examination is scheduled to take place on November 29, 2026. The test will be administered in a computer-based format across three sessions. Candidates can expect their admit cards to be available for download starting November 4, 2026.
The CAT 2026 will feature three distinct sections: Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension (VARC), Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning (DILR), and Quantitative Ability (QA). Each section will have a strict time limit of 40 minutes, totaling 120 minutes for the entire exam. The results are anticipated in the first week of January 2027.
