Education Minister Mithilesh Tiwari inaugurated two new inquiry-cum-grievance redressal centres on Wednesday at the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) offices. The initiative also includes a digital grievance portal, enhancing accessibility for students and the public.
The new centres, located on Sinha Library Road and Budh Marg, are equipped with five dedicated counters. These counters will address grievances related to matriculation, intermediate exams, STET, D.El.Ed, Simultala admissions, scholarships, and administrative issues.
Developed under the guidance of BSEB Chairman Anand Kishor, the system will provide applicants with unique reference numbers for online complaint monitoring. This digital advancement ensures that students, parents, and institutions can track their complaints efficiently through the online portal, receiving timely SMS notifications for updates. The BSEB aims to streamline its services and improve public interaction.
