The Central Selection Board of Constable (CSBC) has announced the Bihar Police Result 2025-26. This declaration includes the merit list for a significant recruitment drive, filling 19,838 constable positions. The process saw a large number of applicants, with more than 1.7 million registering and 1,330,121 candidates participating in the written examination.
Following the initial written test, candidates proceeded to a physical efficiency test. The final merit list, confirming the selection of 19,838 individuals, was based on performance in this physical assessment. Among the successful candidates, 12,509 are male, and 7,312 are female. Additionally, 17 transgender candidates have been selected.
These selected individuals will be appointed to various roles. A total of 16,852 candidates will join the Bihar Police force, while 2,986 will be appointed to the Bihar Special Armed Police, completing this extensive recruitment cycle.
