Magadh University has been appointed as the nodal agency for Bihar Diwas cultural events, slated to take place in Patna from March 22 to March 24. The university's registrar, Binod Kumar Mangalam, will serve as the nodal officer for the festivities.
Five universities from across the state, including Magadh University, Patna University, Patliputra University, Maulana Mazharul Haq Arabic and Persian University, and Aryabhatta Knowledge University, are set to participate. The event will feature a diverse range of activities, encompassing both co-curricular and extra-curricular components.
Co-curricular activities will include a debate competition centered on Artificial Intelligence, a topic relevant to Magadh University's recently established AI center. The extra-curricular segment promises a vibrant display of dance, drama, and music, with performances spanning classical and folk genres. Additionally, a Rangoli competition with the theme 'Barhta Bihar, Ujjawal Bihar' and a Mehandi section themed 'Swamvar' will be organized.
