Bhatkhande Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya commenced its three-day Centenary Celebration on Thursday, marking a significant milestone in its rich history. The event, inaugurated by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, saw the campus adorned with flowers and vibrant decorations. Students, dressed in traditional Indian wear, celebrated alongside faculty and distinguished guests, including Mayor Sushma Kharakwal and Minister Jaiveer Singh.
The celebration featured captivating performances by acclaimed artists. Pandit Sajan Mishra mesmerized the audience with devotional songs, while his son Swaransh Mishra accompanied him. Students of classical dancer Sonal Mansingh presented a graceful Bharatanatyam performance. Sarod maestro Amjad Ali Khan, accompanied by his sons Ayaan Ali Bangash and Amaan Ali Bangash, delivered a stirring rendition of patriotic and devotional tunes.
