The ASM Group of Institutes initiated the ASM AI Fest 2026 on February 9, 2026, with a groundbreaking technological demonstration. The AI Digital Twin of Chairman Dr. Sandeep Pachpande delivered a keynote address simultaneously across 10 campuses to thousands of students, faculty, and staff.
This strategic move aligns with the Government of India's 'IndiaAI Mission' and 'Digital India' vision. The fest, themed 'Learning Today. Leading Tomorrow,' runs until February 28, 2026, and is a significant skilling initiative engaging over 6,000 stakeholders. It aims to embed AI into the core of education and administration.
ASM is implementing a sustained transformation roadmap, including AI Task Forces, an upcoming AI Centre of Excellence, and the Navdrishti App for student lifecycle management. New PGDM Dual Specialisation Programs with AI integration are also being launched.
Dr. Pachpande emphasized the institute's philosophy: "People who use AI will replace those who don't." The fest aims to equip every graduate with an 'AI-First Mindset,' viewing AI as an empowerment tool, not a replacement for human capability. This integration spans across all ASM programs, from MBA and PGDM to Engineering and even school-level education, ensuring a future-ready academic ecosystem.
