Singh, who served in the Indian Army for 16 years, utilized his annual leave to pursue his studies. After retiring in 2004, he dedicated himself fully to academics. His extensive academic portfolio includes three PhDs, multiple undergraduate and postgraduate degrees, diplomas, and certificates across various fields.
His educational journey began under challenging circumstances in a financially constrained family. Despite these hurdles, Singh's determination led him to pursue higher education through reputable institutions like IGNOU and Jain University. Beyond his academic success, he also served as a legal advisor in the Army's Shakti Command.
