Upon returning to Prayagraj, he continued his social and philanthropic work, including donating hundreds of books to various institutions. His commitment extended to promoting the habit of reading among students.
His distinguished family includes his son, a retired professor from Allahabad University, his daughter-in-law who served as an assistant commissioner, and two granddaughters, one in the Indian Air Force and another as an Assistant Professor. Educationists and former students remember him as a man of principle who devoted his life to serving the differently-abled.
