Her husband, Girija Shankar Mishra (52), who was driving the motorcycle, sustained severe injuries and was transported to a medical college for treatment.
The collision happened at a crossing, with the force of impact trapping the couple beneath the truck. Firefighters worked to control the blaze, which had engulfed the motorcycle and the pickup. The incident is currently under investigation by local authorities to determine the cause of the crash. The woman's body has been sent for a post-mortem examination.
