UGA Student Plunges from Eighth Floor Window

A University of Georgia student sustained serious injuries after a fall from an eighth-floor apartment window on Saturday night. The incident occurred at the Rambler Athens apartment complex.

Emergency services were dispatched to the scene around 7:37 p.m. Witnesses reported that the 21-year-old student fell through a window screen while dancing on a couch. She landed on the second-floor pool deck.
