The pickup truck was reportedly driven at high speed and in a negligent manner, causing the severe injuries that led to Ashirwad's immediate death at the scene. His mother, Shashi Singh, filed a written complaint with the Alambagh police station the following day.
Authorities have registered a First Information Report under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. The vehicle involved in the accident has been seized, and the driver has been taken into custody.
