The storm is predicted to bring heavy to moderate rainfall, along with the possibility of high winds and thunderstorms, lasting from Monday through Wednesday. Monday is expected to see the most intense precipitation between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m.
In response to the expected conditions, Topanga Canyon Boulevard (State Route 27) has been closed to the public starting Sunday night. The road's reopening will depend on improved weather and safer conditions.
