Preliminary investigations suggest a Honda Civic traveling northbound lost control while navigating a curve. The vehicle then entered the southbound lane, resulting in a head-on collision with a Lexus sedan. The occupants of the Honda were transported to a local hospital for treatment of potentially serious injuries.
