The aircraft lost altitude and impacted the Dom Inácio restaurant, which was closed at the time. Fortunately, no one inside the restaurant or on the ground was injured, as the plane narrowly missed pedestrians and cyclists before crashing. The plane is believed to have collided with a pole near the runway.
The victims have been identified as businesspeople Déborah Belanda Ortolani and Luis Antonio Ortolani, along with pilots Nelio Maria Batista Pessanha and Renan Eduardo Saes. Authorities responded immediately, evacuating nearby residences and securing the area. Investigations into the cause of the crash are ongoing.
