A major fire broke out at the Doogary West Industrial Estate on Bankmore Road in Omagh, Co Tyrone, on Wednesday morning. The Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service received the initial call around 7:19 AM.
Over 100 firefighters, supported by 15 fire engines and specialized equipment including an aerial appliance and high-volume pumps, were dispatched to tackle the blaze. Firefighting operations are ongoing, and local residents were advised to keep windows and doors closed.
One casualty was treated by firefighters at the scene and transported to the hospital via air ambulance.
