A tragic road accident in Nagpur on Saturday morning claimed the life of 21-year-old Aryan Daf and left his five friends injured. The group was traveling in Aryan's car towards Babulkheda to visit a shrine before facing an important examination.
The incident occurred in the Pitesur area under the Gittikhadan police station limits. The car, with Aman Pardhi driving, was heading towards Babulkheda when the occupants decided to turn back. Near Swaraj Farmhouse, a tipper truck, allegedly speeding, crashed head-on into their vehicle.
The severe impact caused the car to spin and hit a compound wall. The driver of the tipper truck fled the scene immediately, abandoning the vehicle. Police report that the friends sustained injuries, with Aryan suffering critical wounds.
They were transported to a private hospital on Mankapur Ring Road. Tragically, doctors declared Aryan dead upon arrival. His friends are currently receiving medical treatment. Gittikhadan police have filed a case against the unidentified tipper driver and are actively searching for him.
