Motorcyclist Dies After Dramatic Great Orme Cliff Fall

A man has died following a motorcycle crash on Marine Drive on the Great Orme in Llandudno. The incident occurred on Thursday evening around 22:31 GMT. Police, the RNLI, and HM Coastguard were involved in a multi-agency response to recover the motorcyclist from the sea.
The man was airlifted to Ysbyty Gwynedd in Bangor but was sadly pronounced dead. His next of kin have been informed and the coroner notified. The crash happened approximately one mile from the Toll House towards the Great Orme summit.
Authorities are investigating the circumstances and are seeking to identify the driver of a black vehicle, possibly a Ford Fiesta, which was seen in the area shortly before the collision. Police urge anyone with information or dashcam footage, particularly from the Toll House towards the summit between 22:00 and 22:30 on Thursday, to come forward.
