A drain company was also called to the scene to locate and unclog the source of the backup, which was reported in the B2 hallway.
While all other Medford schools continued with their normal schedules, a decision regarding Monday's after-school activities and sports at Medford High has yet to be announced. School officials expressed gratitude for the students' and staff's cooperation during the evacuation. The current school building, completed in 1971, has undergone renovations in the past, and town leaders are preparing for further upgrades.
