A 70-year-old man from Dulam village has been found dead approximately four days after he went missing. His body was discovered on September 16 in a forested area near his home, triggering distress among residents.
Initial searches by relatives proved unsuccessful, leading to a missing person report being filed on September 12. A coordinated search operation involving police, SDRF, and local rescuers was initiated, covering dense forests and transit routes. The family has pointed to severe facial injuries on the deceased as evidence of a potential wild animal attack, with a bear being a suspected culprit.

In response to the incident, villagers have appealed for enhanced monitoring of wildlife movements and adequate financial support for the victim's family.
