A structure fire broke out just after 11:30 p.m. on Friday in Loveland, Colorado. The workshop behind a residence near Southeast 4th Street and Madison Avenue became engulfed in flames, with smoke plumes visible for miles. Multiple 911 calls alerted the Loveland Fire Rescue Authority, which responded alongside the Berthoud Fire Protection District and Thompson Valley EMS.
Firefighters successfully knocked down the exterior flames before entering the workshop to combat the interior fire. While no injuries were reported and the homeowner confirmed no one was inside the workshop at the time, paramedics remained on standby. Crews worked through the night to extinguish the fire completely and manage hotspots to prevent reignition.
