Drunk Driver Smashes SUV Through ARTO's Kanpur Home

The on-duty watchman was fortunate to have been inside the house for water just moments before the crash, narrowly avoiding injury.
The event, which took place around 2 AM, was captured on CCTV. The driver, identified as Karan Bhadauriya, and his associates reportedly assaulted the guard after the accident and attempted to flee. Prompt intervention by locals and subsequent arrival of Rawatpur police led to the apprehension of two youths and the vehicle.
ARTO Rajesh Rajput, who is posted in Mathura, had been transferred from Kanpur approximately two years ago. His wife, Sheela Rajput, who had recently traveled to Mathura with him, filed a written complaint at the Rawatpur police station. Based on her complaint, a case has been registered, and the police are pursuing further action against the driver.
