A devastating accident occurred in Mandwa Basti, Jabalpur, late on Sunday, resulting in the deaths of Sita Rajput, 55, and her son Kishan Rajput. A 12-year-old family relative, Riyan Rajput, was seriously injured and is currently receiving treatment at a local hospital. He had been helping pull the rope along with Sita when the bundle shifted and touched the live wire. Kishan, who had prepared the bundle on the ground floor, also attempted to help and was caught in the electrical current.
Emergency services were alerted, and the injured were transported to a hospital with the assistance of neighbors. Doctors confirmed Sita and Kishan's deaths upon arrival.
