GPS Necklace Saves Missing Senior After Collision

A missing elderly woman in south Mumbai was located using an innovative GPS tracking device hidden within her necklace. The 79-year-old, Saira Bi Tajuddin Mulla, vanished during her regular evening walk, causing distress to her family.
Her worried grandson, Mohammed Wasim Ayub Mulla, activated the GPS tracker he had secretly installed in her necklace. The device pinpointed her location at KEM Hospital in Parel, approximately 5 km from where she was last seen in Sewree.
She had been involved in a collision with a two-wheeler on December 3 and was taken to KEM Hospital by concerned pedestrians. Mulla sustained a head injury and has since been moved to JJ Hospital, where she is reportedly recovering.
